Moon Goddess Tea is made with organic spearmint leaf, organic raspberry leaf, organic red clover, organic vitex berries, organic motherwort, organic skullcap, organic marshmallow root, organic ginger, organic yarrow, and organic valerian root.
Caffine Free
Fill 1 tablespoon of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket and place in your favorite mug. Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes. Experiment with steep time and quantity of tea and find your ideal cup!
**Vitex berry is not recommended for use with hormonal contraceptives. Marshmallow root should be taken with at least 250 mL (8 oz.) of liquid. Orally administered drugs should be taken 1 hour before use or several hours after, as marshmallow may slow the absorption.
